I installed Mil Shield on four systems. Best Program to delete all that crap from surfing the web. Speeds and frees the hard disks.

I like that it has many,many features as shredding,selectively cleaning,cleaning of lots of tracks and files,stealth button and so on. I would like this program to be free but it is not. But it has free upgrades. I've got this program on my XP and Vista computers and it's running fine.
